FINANCE AND AUDIT COMMITTEE

The CIWW Finance & Audit Committee is responsible for reviewing issues and items referred to it by the Board. In addition, the Finance & Audit Committee shall make recommendations to the Board on the following: finances, budgets, and budget amendments;  audits of CIWW finances and records;  member rates and other duties as may be assigned by Board resolution.  Members of the Finance & Audit Committee shall be appointed annually by the chair of the board of trustees and at the annual meeting. Current committee members are:
